POLICIES AND REMINDERS

Appointments

• A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at booking (applied to your service total).
• Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face.
• Mascara & eyeliner must be completely removed before your appointment.
• 1:1 appointments only – no children or extra guests.
• Wear comfortable clothing; blankets, snacks, and water are available.
• If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule when you are better.
• Payments accepted: Cash or Zelle.
• All services are non-refundable.

Cancellations & Lateness

• 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• No-shows will be required to prepay for future appointments.
• Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment at my discretion.

Service Satisfaction

• All services are non-refundable, as time and products have been invested into your appointment.
• If you have concerns, please contact me within 48 hours so I can assess the issue and offer a solution if appropriate.

Allergies

• A patch test is available upon request for clients with a history of allergies.
