Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up without notice will be required to prepay for future appointments.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled at the technician’s discretion.
General Policies
No Extra Guests or Children: To maintain a safe and relaxing environment, only the client receiving the service is allowed in the studio.
Payment: I accept cash, Venmo, and Zelle.
Refunds: All services are non-refundable. as time and products have been invested into your appointment. However, client satisfaction is my top priority. If you have any concerns about your service, please contact me within 48 hours, and I will assess the issue and offer a solution if appropriate.
Allergies: While I take every precaution to ensure safe and high-quality services, allergic reactions can occur. If you experience any irritation or an allergic reaction, please notify me immediately. I am happy to provide guidance, but Dream Lash & Beauty is not responsible for individual sensitivities or reactions. A patch test is available upon request for clients with a history of allergies.
